Welcome to Active U Exercise Physiology. My name is Heidi, and I am the owner of Active U Exercise Physiology. I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2014, and have recently completed my Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and am an accredited Exercise Physiologist.
I live in Central Queensland in a small rural town called Theodore with my family.

Exercise physiologist have completed a minimum of 4 years at university, where the main focus is on movement to prevent, treat and manage chronic conditions and musculoskeletal injuries and diseases. Exercise physiologists treat a wide range of clients, but if you have any of the following conditions I would highly recommend to make an appointment:

Active U Exercise Physiology will work with each individual client to treat any concerns about their overall health and the impact it can have on physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. The clinic takes a patient-centered care approach and the treatment will be undertaken with compassion, taking the time to listen to your desires so we can tailor the highest quality treatment program for you that is effective, targeted and progressive.
We work closely with your General Practitioner, Specialist and other members of your health team. We can provide reports containing the results of our analysis and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
